The Detox morning juice habit began for us one year ago, from then we are happier, more energetic, healthier (this is a fact), we've lost some excess weight and we have this sweet feeling of offering our body a healthy retreat everyday.
So we reccomend you, our most yummy & nutritious juice recipes, Enjoy Drinking.
All you need is an eletric juicer and some fruits and vegetables, we ussually put one piece of every fruit or vegetable per person (except of ginger - HOT - & celery) but if you want a freshier or sweeter taste you can play with the quantities.
